Short Sleeve Shirt / T-Shirt Folding Methods

Do you need to pack fresh folded shirts for a business or pleasure trips? Are you tired of seeing shirts and laundry knocking around and you hate shirt folding?

It’s true; there are many lazy or lousy short sleeve shirt folders out there. You might be amazed by the video from Japan, “How-to-fold-a-shirt-in-seconds”. But, I must warn you, that technique is not for everyone. Stick around; maybe you’ll discover a shirt folding method that you can enjoy.

Short Sleeve Shirt / T-Shirt Folding by hand:

Who said that dress shirts and T-Shirts are almost impossible to fold perfectly by hand? Not so by us. You will find it a lot easier to hand-fold a shirt that have to fit a gift box or predetermined size. 

Short sleeve shirt / T-shirt folding Method:

1. Button-down shirt if necessary. Lay shirt face down on smooth surface.	2. Fold shirt horizontally down the left side, an inch from the collar.
3. Fold back short sleeve.	4. Repeat steps 2 on the right side.
5. Repeat steps 3 on the right side.	6. Make a tail end fold 3 - 5 inches.
7. Fold shirt tail in half, not to exceed the shoulder spread.	8. Flip shirt over. Bingo! The perfect folded shirt, every time.

You can ensure a predetermined fit by adjusting the tail fold of the shirt.
