Men's dress shirts are measured by neck size.

Men, do you know your correct neck size? Lets find out. If you don't have a cloth tape, use a piece of string and a measuring tape or ruler. Pull the string end around the neck, not too snug. Insert a finger between the string and the neck. Hold the point where the string end reaches and measure it against a tape or a ruler. Got it!
